CyrusOne Expands Its Northern Virginia Data Center
CyrusOne continues to build its East Coast presence by adding 30,000 sq ft and 6 MW to its Sterling, VA, data center campus
CyrusOne has announced that it has completed the latest expansion of its location in Sterling, VA, with the recent addition of nearly 30,000 colocation sq ft (CSF) and an extra 6 megawatts (MW) of power capacity.
“We continue to see solid demand in this market. As our customers’ data infrastructure systems continue to grow, we’re able to provide just-in-time inventory to meet their needs,” said Laramie Dorris, director, data center design and construction, CyrusOne. “Additionally, with access to our National IX [Internet Exchange], customers have a superior level of interconnection across states and between CyrusOne sites.”
