The building has earned the FM Global “Highly Protected Risk” Classification.
3000 Skyline Drive is a state-of-the-art Tier IV powered shell for data center operations supported by on-site property management and engineering. The building is readily divisible and offers approximately 60,000 sq ft of office space. Key features include 6-in. slab on grade floor; fail-proof steel-frame structure; 28 ft minimum ceiling height; 40- x 40-ft column spacing providing efficient rack/row layout; fully adhered FM I-135 rated two-ply roof; an on-site dual-fed transmission voltage substation at 138,000 V.
