Financial terms of the acquisition were not disclosed. The parties anticipate that the acquisition will close before the end of March.

"The Ntirety acquisition further enables HOSTING to address one of the primary challenges faced by mid-sized enterprises today: how to seamlessly host, manage and protect their mission-critical applications and data in the cloud," said Art Zeile, HOSTING CEO. "We are thrilled that both our cloud solutions and customer-oriented culture dovetail so well with Ntirety's and look forward to many great benefits to come for our customers, employees and stakeholders."

"Ntirety's success has been driven by the same innovative focus on people, process and technology that HOSTING brings to bear," said Michael Corey, founder and CEO of Ntirety. "This deal unites two IT powerhouses to form a cloud computing offering — and customer experience — second to none."
