The CyrusOne Phoenix Data Center was completed in a record-setting seven months from the start of construction in May 2012. It has already commissioned more than 36,000 feet of space, and its facility footprint is expected to include nearly 1,000,000 square feet with power capacity of 100 megawatts delivered from an on-site substation. The master-planned campus is built on 56 acres of land and offers data center space plus Class A office space. The campus is designed using CyrusOne's unique Massively Modular® engineering methods to enable quick deployment of customer data center requirements, including purpose-built dedicated facilities, as well as shared infrastructure solutions.
