Jezmat is a solution from SupportComms intended to meet the requirement for faster and faster data transmission that has in turn evolved in the adoption of the CAT6 cabling systems. Greater consideration must now be given to methods of installation and protection of these cables, which are now required. Jezmat U2 performs at many times the speed of the standard CAT5 cable. It is no longer acceptable to run these cables in raised floor locations directly onto an uneven floor surface or to bump over the ribs in a standard cable basket, as this can induce deformation in the signal being transmitted. Greater care is also required to ensure there is no ingress of water penetration in the wiring looms as this again can effect data transmission.
