It’s no secret that the mission critical industry is facing a labor shortage. But it does seem to be a little known fact that, while the number may still be small, there are colleges and universities turning out well-rounded, highly skilled talent. This article includes a list of institutions to consider when helping today’s youth plan their mission critical career journeys.
With so many industry conversations focused on the mission critical (MC) skills shortage, I decided to dedicate this column to it. This is not to rehash the shortage discussion but to inform readers about the solutions that are being implemented around the globe.
