CBRE has announced it has been appointed by Carter Validus Mission Critical REIT II, Inc. (“CVREIT II”) to help secure data center tenants at CVREIT II’s data center property located at 250 Williams Street in Downtown Atlanta, Georgia.

CyrusOne is reporting that the Houston West data center campus is currently available for lease.

Principal Real Estate Partners has been named as the exclusive leasing agent for 55 Marietta Street Data Center tower.

The 82,000-sq-ft site is intended as $50 million, 14MW, Tier III colocation facility.

The mission critical facility is located in a Keystone Opportunity Zone.
