Mike Marks has led marketing and alliances strategy and execution for enterprise software companies focused on cloud, SaaS, mobile, hosting, and service provider segments.
Prior to joining Aternity, Marks led marketing and business development for CA Technologies’ Cloud Business Unit, directing all aspects of the go-to-market strategy, which led to a tripling of revenue. Prior to his role in the Cloud Business Unit, Marks led CA’s Technology Alliances team responsible for global relationships with third-party hardware and software vendors.
Before CA, Marks held product marketing and alliances roles at Concord Communications, where his focus on the service provider market grew that segment to more than half of company revenue. In addition, he has served in a product management roles at 3Com and ran a communication service provider Network Operations Center.
Marks served in the United States Navy Submarine Force, earned an MBA from Stanford Graduate School of Business, and a BA from Brown University.
