Terry L. Rodgers, CPE, CPMP is the vice president of commissioning services at Primary Integration Solutions in Charlotte, NC. He has over 35 years of experience in Critical Facilities operations and management with an emphasis on commissioning and continuous operations.Terry is an active member of ASHRAE SPC-90.4, ASHRAE TC9.9, ASHRAE SPC-127, and ASHRAE GPC 1.2.
