Mission Critical hosts the annual Women in Technology contest to recognize rising talent in a growing and increasingly diverse workplace. According to a Grand View Research report, sectors like data center services will likely grow at an annual rate of 10% over the next 10 years. As the workforce expands and takes on ever more challenges, the industry needs leaders who prioritize diversity, equity, and inclusion, as well as consumer needs, sustainability, and community.

Women the world over, serving in a wide range of sectors, including data centers, utilities, and national labs, were nominated for their contributions to the industry and the people who rely on it.

As Cyre Mercedes Denny, senior global program director at Schneider Electric, put it, “Enabling DE&I shortens learning curves and leads to more effective problem-solving and decision-making … prioritizing these values not only strengthens organizations but also the world as a whole.”

And, with that, Mission Critical is excited to introduce you to the 2024 Top 25 Women in Technology.
