WATERTOWN, Conn. — The Siemon Co. announced Henry Siemon as the new president and CEO. Carl Siemon, who has served as president and CEO since 1982, will continue to serve on the board of directors and will work with Henry Siemon and the leadership team as a strategic advisor.
Since joining the company in 2017, Henry Siemon has served as global director of supply chain. He earned his bachelor’s degree with a focus on economics from the University of Richmond and later earned a Master of Business Administration from MIT Sloan School of Management. Prior to joining Siemon, he worked for Apple Inc. and Deloitte Consulting.
Carl Siemon expressed high praise for the values, talent, business sense and drive Henry brings to the CEO position.
