Sabey Corporation has announced the appointment of Kelly Flores as Director of Culture, Learning and Leadership Development, a new centralized function established by the company.

Dr. Flores, who holds a Doctor of Education (Ed.D.) degree, be responsible for the direction, development and execution of Sabey Corporation’s culture, learning and leadership development strategies.

In her new role, Dr. Flores will create new and dynamic learning environments to cultivate a high-performance culture across the Sabey family of companies supporting continued business growth. Before joining Sabey, Dr. Flores simultaneously held several senior positions at City University of Seattle.
