TDIndustries (TD) has promoted two vice presidents in its Arizona office. Chris Brown is now the senior vice president of special projects, and Jay Layton is the senior vice president of Arizona Construction and Service.

Brown will now oversee prefabrication, purchasing, fleet maintenance, and the warehouse, in addition to his current role as leader of TD’s renovation and expansion construction division. Layton will continue to oversee project management, preconstruction, virtual design and construction (VDC), and now will have oversight of the Service Team in Arizona.

Brown has more than 27 years in the industry — including 12 at TD. He has extensive experience with data center and manufacturing markets. Layton is a two-year Partner, with 18 years of experience in business development, marketing, and project management.

“Chris and Jay are great collaborators. They both bring undeniable strengths to any project,” said Ed White, executive vice president, TD. “Both are instrumental to our success and our future goals, and embrace our culture of Servant Leadership.”

Brown and Layton have helped guide Arizona’s success, which in turn has helped TD grow into one of the top 10 mechanical contractors in the nation. From acclaimed University of Phoenix Stadium to cutting-edge data centers, TD’s Arizona branch has helped the Grand Canyon State continue to thrive.
