Semler Industries has released its newest model of compact, lightweight fuel polishing cart. Ideal for hard to reach locations, this unit fits through standard doorways and can provide quick removal of water and tank debris in fuel day tanks and generator base tanks.
Operating on standard 110 Volt power, the two stage cart model allows for initial water removal from tank bottoms. Turn a handle and the pre-filter capture of settled tank debris can be accomplished through an aluminum filter vessel. Inside the housing, a screened basket captures hazardous engine stopping debris from being transported to fuel systems. Add a disposable bag liner and the pre-filter can capture particles as small as 1 micron. Turn another lever, and the second stage filter is activated allowing coalescing or fine particulate capture. Today’s diesel requires regular testing, filtration, and treatment.
