“Many companies today struggle with the issue of maintaining their employee’s computing environments, which often includes both PCs and mobile devices. Compounding this is ensuring the security of the applications and data on these devices which adds additional pressure on IT professionals,” said JD Helms, president of CloudJumper. “We are pleased with Frost & Sullivan’s acknowledgment of our WaaS platform as it solves many of these concerns at once by centralizing the management of computing devices and implementing bulkheads between user devices and applications/data. As a result, businesses using nWorkSpace WaaS experience an order of magnitude improvement with IT management efficiency and security.”
In addition to the award, Frost & Sullivan has also included CloudJumper in its most recent report on desktop-as-a-service solutions. Titled Desktop-as-a-Service Buyer’s Guide, 2016, the report provides an analysis on the drivers and market restraints of DaaS as well as a list of the providers, selection criteria, deployment models, licensing, operating systems, security, and pricing models.
The CloudJumper nWorkSpace requires only a fraction of the time to implement and enjoy the benefits of the solution. The technology integrates software, infrastructure, services, and support to greatly simplify management and is complemented by a comprehensive data protection offering that includes data backup, spam filtering, virus protection, data theft protection, and disaster recovery planning and support. All applications are stored and backed up in CloudJumper-certified data centers that are SSAE-16 Type II, TIA 942 Class 4, PCI DSS, HIPAA, and Sarbanes-Oxley certified.
“It is clear that market adoption of WaaS is rapidly increasing as a growing volume of research has shown over the past six months,” noted Helms. “Companies understand that having improved controls and application access for their employees on their devices of choice can play a significant role in improving productivity and revenues. We are proud to see CloudJumper placed among the leading solutions in the market as more customers take advantage of this technology.”
