EarthLink Holdings Corp. has announced that it appointed Sherri Turpin as vice president of channel sales, leading all aspects of the company’s indirect distribution channel. She is based in EarthLink’s Dallas office.

Turpin joined EarthLink in 2011 in the role of vice president of channel strategy. An industry veteran, Turpin, grew and supported the XO Communications Channel Partner Program.  Her experience includes accountability for full profit and loss for the indirect channel, including sales and revenue growth, churn control and EBITDA contribution. In addition to XO Communications, Turpin also served as Executive in Residence for Kinderhook Industries, a private equity firm that manages $470 million of committed capital.

Of the new EarthLink Channel chief, former leader J.R. Reporting to chief revenue officer Michael D. Toplisek, Turpin will lead the company’s Channel Partners and implement programs specifically targeting the company’s national and regional Master Agents. She will work closely with EarthLink’s Partners to identify areas in which EarthLink can further differentiate as well as continue efforts to make EarthLink an easy and simple company with which to conduct business.
