Autonomic Resources Brings FedRAMP Hybrid Cloud Service To Market
ARC-P Secure Data Center will establish FedRAMP authorized data center facilities under Autonomic’s existing FedRAMP IaaS P-ATO.
Autonomic Resources announced that it has gained approval to authorize commercial data center facility space as part of its existing FedRAMP JAB Provisional Authority to Operate (P-ATO) through their new hybrid cloud offering, ARC-P Secure Data Center (SDC). This will allow the inclusion of pre-approved, FedRAMP authorized data center space that will be managed within the existing security boundary of ARC-P™ cloud service offerings. The space must meet the stringent FedRAMP security controls and be validated by both Autonomic Resources and an accredited third-party assessment organization.
The ARC-P SDC service provides agencies and government contractors secure colocation of their non-virtualized and legacy IT systems, which helps agencies meet federal data center consolidation mandates and “Cloud First” requirements. A user who wishes to develop, deploy, and manage their full IT system or private cloud stacks within the ARC-P™ security boundary has the ability to leverage the ARC-P™ security controls specific to the physical environment and physical security of their facilities.
