This tool is designed to help IT professionals remove the complexity of reporting, analyzing, and decision-making around Oracle databases to help dramatically lower the costs of their Oracle deployments while increasing Oracle database and associated application performance.
At no cost to the end user or the reseller, the Violin O-PAS identifies core performance bottlenecks in endusers’ Oracle environments and determines the suitability of flash-based storage solutions to substantially increase IOPS, reduce latency, and lower overall costs. In order to achieve this, the tool generates comprehensive reports that identify areas in Oracle implementations where massive performance improvements can be gained by using all-flash arrays and the associated cost savings that engenders.
