Green House Data Grows Disaster Recovery As A Service Portfolio
National service provider continues expansion with focus on DR, private cloud, and managed services.
Green House Data has announced the acquisition of Assuritive, a Disaster Recovery as a Service (DRaaS) provider who had developed significant intellectual property around secure disaster recovery. The Assuritive customer list was largely comprised of brands in compliance-driven industries, like healthcare and financial services.
“We sought Assuritive’s IP around DRaaS because of the ability to lower the cost, improve the speed, and expand the capacity of DR deployments,” said Shawn Mills, president, Green House Data. “This puts us in an even better position to serve our customers across the US and internationally, while adding an additional layer of product sophistication and compliance.”
