Infomart Data Centers has announced that its president, John Sheputis, and SVP of corporate development and chief counsel, Andrew Gold, will speak at the 7th Annual Provider Forum on Data Centers and Cloud Services Infrastructure (East), taking place June 8-9, 2017 in Washington, D.C. The event addresses the critical challenges faced by C-level data center, colocation and cloud industry executives with a focus on four key themes: optimizing business models and strategies for growth; expanding to new service offerings and revenue opportunities; cost-effective infrastructure investment; future-proofing and security measures; and cost reduction and mitigation strategies.
On Thursday, June 8, at 9:15 a.m., Sheputis will join executives from Cushman & Wakefield Western, Inc., Newby Ventures, QTS, and T5 Data Centers on the panel, “President/CEO Wholesale & Hybrid Player Perspective.” During this session, participants will discuss the impact of hyper-scale companies on SMBs as well as how IoT technology affects business and investment strategies. In addition, this session will address new demand drivers for data center, colocation and cloud services providers and predictions regarding the future of wholesale offerings.
Following this panel, at 2:30 p.m., Gold will present alongside representatives from Open Spectrum Inc., Colo Atl, Online Tech, and Mintz, Levin, Chon, Ferris, Glovsky and Popeo, P.C. on the panel, “The Latest Best Practices in Sales & Marketing, Lease Structuring & Risk Allocation.” This two-part presentation will begin with a discussion of the cutting-edge marketing techniques used to secure new customers, as well as the effect of evolving consumer priorities on modern lease agreements. During part two, participants will examine the latest approaches to structuring leases including risk allocation and accounting for critical legal challenges.
