Mission Critical REIT II, Inc. has acquired the Charlotte Data Center II property on May 15, 2017, for an aggregate purchase price of approximately $16.4 million. The 100% leased colocation data center is 52,924 rentable square feet and is situated within the Charlotte-Concord-Gastonia NC-SC Metropolitan Statistical Area (“MSA”) in what CV Mission Critical REIT II believes to be a desirable location for data center operations due to the site’s low energy costs, abundant and reliable power, and ease of accessibility.

Ideally located and fully leased to a leading global technology company, we believe this investment will translate into added value for our stockholders,” said John E.
