Mitsubishi Electric Announces Appointment Of Service Department Manager
Ms. Chacon will be responsible for the administration of service department policies and procedures, both internally and externally.
Mitsubishi Electric has announced the appointment of Susan Chacon as service department manager, UPS Division. Ms. Chacon will be responsible for the administration of service department policies and procedures, both internally and externally. In addition, she will oversee the field service manager and field techs as well as our authorized service providers.
A West Point graduate and combat veteran, Susan has extensive experience creating and administering programs dealing with warranty, service, installation, and contracts for over 600 locations of a large retail operation.
