FORTRUST has named Melanie Ryan Meador as chief strategy officer (CSO). Meador will oversee the company’s marketing, national business development, and community relations strategies.

Meador brings a strong leadership background with more than 20 years’ experience in international business expansion, product development, sales, and marketing. She was the chief revenue officer of Insurancequotes, a vertical. Prior to that, she served as the vice president of global strategic accounts and business development at Orbitz Worldwide, where she provided strategic leadership across North America, Europe, Asia, Pacific, and the Middle East for hotel sales, business development and account management on behalf of the Orbitz Worldwide portfolio of brands. She currently serves on the Executive Leadership Team for the American Heart and Stroke Association and is on the Board of Directors for KidsTek.
