QTS Achieves Industry Leading Net Promoter Score
2015 results confirm data center leader’s commitment to customer satisfaction.
QTS Realty Trust achieved an industry leading Net Promotor Score (NPS) of 63.5 for 2015, an increase of more than 15% over their impressive 2014 results of 55.1. The higher score reflects QTS’ continued focus on providing premium customer service and exceeding customer expectations during a time of fast growth.
Customers rated QTS highly in a range of service areas, including its physical facilities, processes, the responsiveness and service of onsite staff and the 24-hour Operations Service Center. As one of the fastest growing companies in the data services sector, QTS differentiates itself by providing the same high-touch, premium service to every customer at each of its facilities.
The survey, conducted by Satmetrix, an internationally recognized administrator of Net Promoter Score analysis, is independently administered and measures overall customer satisfaction. With a ranking system of zero to 10, ranging from detractors to promoters, QTS primarily received scores of nine and 10 and scored above the national industry average of 45.
