NTT Communications Corporation (NTT Com) has announced its U.S. division, NTT America, and Intelisys have entered into a strategic agreement enabling Intelisys to market NTT Com’s entire suite of domestic and international ICT services to its sales partner community of telecom agents, value added resellers (VARs), managed service providers (MSPs), and IT solution providers (ITSPs). The deal, which was struck in September 2015, provides Intelisys sales partners with uniquely attractive terms, a robust portfolio of network, cloud, security and other offerings, and significant opportunities to expand internationally. Company representatives will be available to discuss this agreement at the Channel Partners Conference & Expo, booth number 803, from March 16-18, at the Sands Expo and Convention Center in Las Vegas.
Intelisys is the latest announced partner of NTT America’s Global Solutions Channel Partner Program, an indirect sales program tailored to the U.S. market. Since its launch at Cloud Partners in September 2014, the program has exceeded its goal of adding the largest, most respected, connected and supportive master agents to its roster. NTT America specifically sought Intelisys for the proven record of its sub-agents, known as sales partners. “What attracted us to Intelisys was their market presence, brand and industry depth, as well as the training, growth and retention of their sales partners community,” said Rob Westervelt, NTT America vice president and general manager, Indirect Global Solutions. “Initial results have been promising, and while it’s still early days, we expect Intelisys to be among our top selling partners.”
The agreement enables Intelisys sales partners to sell a fully integrated solution set of cloud, network and data center services through a single ICT provider, NTT Communications. Furthermore, Intelisys sales partners can now leverage NTT Com’s 140 secure data centers as well as other strategic assets of the company, regularly named as one the world’s largest and most innovative ICT providers. NTT Com’s solution set includes network functions virtualization (NFV), disaster recovery as a service (DRaaS), network security, unified communications and collaboration (UCC) and UCaaS, professional services, hardware as a service (HWaaS) and more. NTT Com’s U.S. division, NTT America, provides partners with dedicated sales and engineering support and competitive residual-based compensation that is unique and particularly attractive in this case.
