IO has announced the appointment of Keith Murray as its managing director in Singapore. Murray will lead IO’s growth in serving local companies with advanced colocation data center services as well as organizations establishing Singapore as the strategic Asian hub within their global footprint.

Murray is responsible for the overall performance of IO’s business and operations in Singapore and the Asia Pacific region. Among his responsibilities, Murray will increase local and regional market share, profitability and operational efficiency.

Murray brings more than 18 years of relevant industry experience to IO, working in Asia Pacific and Europe. Most recently, he was Regional Vice President – Data Centre Solutions-APAC at Schneider Electric, managing a large business unit that supported customers throughout the data center lifecycle across the Asia Pacific region. Murray also held leadership positions at Telstra International, BT Global Services and Alcatel-Lucent.
