FORTRUST has won a contract with Goodway Group, operator of the Custom Audience Platform, to be among their select national disaster recovery sites. Goodway Group is a third-generation, family-owned company that has taken 30 years of local retail-marketing experience and applied it to the digital-media space. Their signature service, the Custom Audience Platform, is an on-demand digital-media infrastructure engineered to help customers reach their target market more effectively online.

To support their popular platform, Goodway Group’s mission critical servers require 100 percent uptime. With their dedicated server solution falling short, the company was experiencing prolonged outages for up to 4 hours, resulting in lost revenue and business. Consolidating their colocation services at FORTRUST has significantly increased processing capabilities at less than half the cost of their previous provider.

“Uptime was the biggest deciding factor for our data center partner selection,” states Richard Henretta, senior systems administrator at Goodway Group. “FORTRUST has provided its customers uninterrupted uptime since 2001 and has the proven capabilities to maintain a 100 percent SLA. They are unquestionably the best data center in the region, and the clear choice for Goodway Group.”

“FORTRUST’s strategically selected location and risk mitigation features make it an ideal disaster recovery site,” said Josh Moody, senior vice president of sales and marketing at FORTRUST. “We look forward to continuing to provide 100% uptime and the highest quality data center services to Goodway Group.”
