100TB has announced the launch of a state-of-the-art data center in Amsterdam and new virtual private server locations in Los Angeles and Toronto. Part of the 100TB drive to support customers with digital transformation, the new locations boost 100TB’s ability to offer the resilience, agility and mobility customers now demand from their infrastructure.
Offering up to 100 terabytes of bandwidth, the data centers will be instrumental in supporting businesses requiring high performance, high bandwidth infrastructure. Los Angeles and Toronto host highly customizable dedicated virtual private servers, while Amsterdam also offers bare metal and private cloud configurations to give customers more options for how and where their data is stored.
The new Amsterdam facility joins 100TB owned data centers in Salt Lake City, London, and New York City, all located in close proximity to major international internet exchanges for international peering and routing capabilities. Los Angeles and Toronto take 100TB’s number of virtual private server locations to six. All three locations complement 100TB’s capacity at SoftLayer data centers, meaning customers can gain global reach while controlling where their data is hosted.

The new locations are each supplied by two independent power sources with the capability to use 100% green energy. They benefit from highly efficient and fully redundant cooling systems to ensure that the facilities operate at an optimal temperature, minimizing power usage for cooling.
