CBRE has announced that Bill Dougherty, Sean Ivery, Jennie Karnes, Adam Sharp, and Olivia Tattory have joined CBRE San Francisco’s downtown office in the Data Center Solutions Group. Dougherty joins as executive vice president, Ivery as senior vice president, Karnes as vice president, Sharp as senior associate and Tattory as transaction manager.

The team will advise technology-reliant companies, both emerging and large corporate users, in navigating the technical infrastructure and operating rights required for data center facilities.

The Northern California based team has more than 40 years of combined data center industry and mission critical tenant representation experience. As data center advisors, they each bring unique expertise including site selection, due diligence and leasing and capital markets. Since 1999, the team has completed more than 3.5 million sq ft of data center transactions worldwide, representing more than 270 MW of critical IT load.

“The addition of an established and high-powered team like Bill, Sean, Jennie, Adam, and Olivia is yet another example of CBRE’s commitment to the data center space,” said Pat Lynch, Managing Director of CBRE Data Center Solutions. “This team has a long history of providing exemplary services to some of the world’s tech giants and successful startups, not only in Northern California, but also across the country and the globe. We are thrilled and fortunate to have them on board.”

Prior to joining CBRE, Dougherty and Ivery along with their team, served as key members of Cushman & Wakefield’s Data Center Advisory Group. Their background in data center requirements translates well into their new role at CBRE, where they will be joining more than 100 other professionals on CBRE’s international data center team.

“Bill and Sean have demonstrated expertise and leadership in data center transactions,” said Darin Bosch, managing director of CBRE’s San Francisco office. “Their addition to the office brings advantage to our occupier practice, solidifying our service to existing clients and helping us gain new opportunities in this emerging space.”
