The Compass Datacenters CEO was named for the Southwest region.
Compass Datacenters CEO Chris Crosby has been selected as a finalist for EY's prestigious Entrepreneur Of The Year awards. Crosby is a finalist in the Southwest Region for the EY awards, which recognize entrepreneurs who demonstrate excellence and extraordinary success in areas such as innovation, financial performance and personal commitment to their businesses and communities. Finalists in the region were selected from nearly 100 nominations by a panel of independent judges, and winners will be announced at a special gala on June 27 in Dallas.
"It's an honor to be named a finalist for this award alongside business leaders who have such impressive stories of creativity and courage as they build companies and reinvent their industries. I consider this selection for the 2015 awards a recognition of the entire team's work here at Compass," said Chris Crosby. "The data center industry provides critical technology infrastructure that is the foundation for every other industry in the country, and Compass is playing an important role in shaping the way the next generation of data centers are designed, built and operated. Thank you to the judges for naming me a finalist and putting a spotlight on Compass and the data center industry as a whole."
Now in its 29th year, the EY Entrepreneur Of The Year program has expanded to recognize business leaders in more than 145 cities in more than 60 countries throughout the world. Regional award winners are eligible for consideration for the EY Entrepreneur Of The Year National Program. Award winners in several national categories, as well as the EY Entrepreneur Of The Year National Overall Award winner, will be announced at the annual awards gala in Palm Springs, California, on November 14, 2015. The awards are the culminating event of the EY Strategic Growth Forum®, the nation's most prestigious gathering of high-growth, market-leading companies.
