ZenFi’s purpose-built network delivers fronthaul and backhaul connectivity to support the Internet of Things.
325 Hudson has welcomed its newest carrier, ZenFi Networks Inc. By extending ZenFi’s purpose-built dark fiber network to 325 Hudson, wireless providers who leverage the network for fronthaul and backhaul connectivity gain access to a confluence point where wireless networks can easily interconnect.
ZenFi’s purpose-built network leverages a neighborhood network and colocation infrastructure model specifically designed to support the wireless service provider requirement for densification – bringing more small cells, in-building and outdoor Distributed Antenna System (DAS) remotes, Remote Radio Heads (RRHs), macro sites and Wi-Fi access points closer to the user. Through their unique service solutions and custom fiber connectivity between these sites and the New York Metro Area’s Carrier Hotel facilities, including 325 Hudson, ZenFi’s solutions enable the Internet of Things (IoT) from nearly anywhere on any device.
