Binswanger has been named exclusive agent by the ownership for the sale/lease of a LEED registered, 753,000 sq ft facility ideally suited for data center/high-tech/R&D on 91 acres located at 3000 Skyline Drive in Mesquite, TX. The building has earned the FM Global “Highly Protected Risk” Classification.
3000 Skyline Drive is a state-of-the-art Tier IV powered shell for data center operations supported by on-site property management and engineering. The building is readily divisible and offers approximately 60,000 sq ft of office space. Key features include 6-in. slab on grade floor; fail-proof steel-frame structure; 28 ft minimum ceiling height; 40- x 40-ft column spacing providing efficient rack/row layout; fully adhered FM I-135 rated two-ply roof; an on-site dual-fed transmission voltage substation at 138,000 V. The substation features two 47MVA transformers providing up to 94 MVA of total capacity or 47MVA at 2N reliability. The site is pre-approved for water consumption of 1.8M gallons per day.
