The Infrastructure-as-a-Service provider expands into Miami and Dallas facilities.
Telx® has announced that it has partnered with bpsNode — a premier provider of managed cloud Infrastructure-as-a-Service (IaaS) — to join the Telx Cloud Xchange ecosystem in Telx's MIA1 facility. In addition, bpsNode is expanding its footprint within Telx facilities throughout North America starting with Dallas, TX in April 2015.
Headquartered in Baltimore, bpsNode is a boutique provider of enterprise managed cloud services for businesses of all sizes, primarily hosting enterprise resource planning (ERP), online collaboration, telecom related software platforms as well as managed services to support infrastructure and software applications. bpsNode uses KVM (Kernel-based Virtual Machine) to virtualize its hypervisors and high performance storage area networks (SANs) to provide extremely high disk speeds for workload-intensive applications. The company also utilizes the OpenNebula cloud orchestration platform to provide customers with the highest level of oversight and management for its virtual data centers.
