Active Power has announced its board of directors has named Peter Gross to the company’s board effective Feb. 13, 2015. Gross currently serves as vice president of Mission Critical Systems for Bloom Energy, a leading manufacturer of solid-oxide fuel cells. Gross becomes the seventh director to the company’s board.
