365 Data Centers Launches Nashville Data Center And Tech Hub
Nashville's Mayor, Chamber of Commerce and Nashville Technology Council join 365 to launch data center and Tech Hub in support of hi-tech businesses and entrepreneurs in downtown Nashville.
365 Data Centers has announced the launch of its 17,000-sq-ft data center in downtown Nashville and the 365 Nashville Tech Hub, an initiative that provides incentives and free services to local hi-tech start-ups and businesses. Announced today at a ribbon cutting ceremony featuring Nashville's Mayor Karl Dean and leaders from the Chamber of Commerce and the Nashville Technology Council, 365 Data Centers' Tech Hub will provide free colocation services including space, power and Internet connectivity for local businesses and entrepreneurs.
365 Data Centers is an investor in Partnership 2020, the Nashville Area Chamber's economic development initiative responsible for the creation of jobs and capital investments to drive local business expansions and relocations to the area. 365's Nashville Tech Hub will support P2020's goals by providing entrepreneurs and businesses with free data center colocation, power and Internet services each year at 365's expense and by providing services to other local organizations at a reduced cost. To support the initiative, 365 is partnering with local civic and business leaders, including Matt Wiltshire, director of the Mayor's Office of Economic and Community Development; Bryan Huddleston, CEO of the Nashville Technology Council; and Judith Hill, vice president, business retention and expansion of the Nashville Area Chamber of Commerce.
