Blancco has introduced the Blancco RMA-8 erasure appliance for loose enterprise drives. Pre-loaded with advanced data erasure software, Blancco RMA-8 erases SATA, SAS, Fiber Channel, and SCSI drives, while creating detailed erasure reports that maintain a tamper-proof audit trail. The appliance comes in four models, customized and preconfigured to suit an organization’s environment. It also erases SATA solid state drives (SSDs) using Blancco’s multifaceted, patent-pending method.
