Net Data Centers, Inc. has announced that it has successfully completed and is compliant with the SSAE 16 Service Organization Control (SOC) 2 Type II audit for its data centers, covering physical and information security, data communications and system operations. The SOC 2 Type II audit was performed by the independent certified public accounting firm Auditwerx, who reviewed and examined the company’s organizational control objectives and activities, and tested those controls to ensure that they were operating effectively during the specified time period. At the conclusion of the examination process, a formal report including the auditor's opinion is issued to the examined organization. “We are very pleased with the results from the latest certification process following a very rigorous and diligent review of our operational controls and security procedures conducted over the past year,” said Cheyenne Tanner, Net Data Centers’ Vice President, Operations.

Net Data Centers continues to focus on offering solutions to companies required to meet stringent compliance criteria, including expanding these same strict control objectives to enterprise backup, cloud, and customized network solutions. “Net Data Centers’ emphasis on continuous operational improvement, availability, and security implementation is why we are entrusted with our customers’ critical data,” said Pervez Delawalla, President and Chief Executive Officer for Net Data Centers. “Completing a full SOC 2 Type II audit asserts our guarantee to our valued customers that we are relentlessly committed to offering best-in-class, highly available, and secure services.”
