GSH Group, Inc. has announced that it has been awarded a contract with the California Department of Technology, with headquarters in Sacramento, CA, to deliver building engineering services.

The contract commenced on March 1, 2014. GSH’s team of stationary engineers provides on-site coverage 24 hours per day, seven days per week.  GSH’s engineers deliver HVAC and computer room air handler maintenance and repair, electrical maintenance and repair, locksmith services and general building maintenance. The company is also responsible for providing parts and supplies, consulting services, infrastructure maintenance and support.  

The facilities encompassed in the contract include the Department’s headquarters, Gold Camp Campus, Prospect Green, warehouse and several smaller sites situated across the region. The Gold Camp Campus, located nearby Sacramento, is the main facility where GSH’s engineers are stationed. This facility is more than 150,000 sq ft and contains a 40,000 sq ft critical data center and 22,000 sq ft central plant.
