Wired Real Estate Group Inc. has been appointed alongside Deloitte Real Estate’s London data center transactions team to market a sustainable data center campus in Newcastle, UK. The development, the largest office park in the UK, hosts three data centers with 110,491 sq ft of IT space with 15.3 MW of IT load. The site is already host to P&G, HP, Accenture, Santander, Orange, and numerous other multi-national brands.

The UK is the largest and fastest growing data center market in Europe, with roughly 65% of the installed demand. The data center campus offers ready to occupy space with ultimate scalability up to 80 MW and has been recognized for its sustainable data center design with DC1 awarded a BREEAM Excellent and DC2/DC3 awarded a BREEAM Outstanding.
