GE’s Zenith’s Series Distributed Power Busway (DPB) provides data centers with flexible, overhead, three-phase power distribution and monitoring to critical loads via bus rails and tap-off boxes. GE’s busway offers one of the largest ampacity ranges in the industry — available from 160 to 800 amps — with optional branch circuit monitoring system capabilities for the bus rail feeder and/or the branch circuit tap-off boxes. GE’s DPB can reduce distribution costs by as much as 30% compared to traditional “conduit-and-wire” installations and is capable of handling the majority of data center IT infrastructure needs.
