C7 Data Centers (C7) has announced it has acquired IntegraTechs Corporation, an IT managed services provider. IntegraTechs is a national provider of IT support services including cloud migration, development, security, and IT outsourcing.

C7 will continue the successful operation of IntegraTechs’ ability to maintain, monitor and manage all areas of IT needs including desktops, networks, servers, firewalls, routers, backups, upgrades, and maintenance. IntegraTechs currently has a corporate support center in American Fork, Utah with additional sites in Seattle, Phoenix, Las Vegas, and Washington, DC. C7 plans to expand the national presence of IntegraTechs over the next twelve months with new offices in Denver, Minneapolis, Boise, and Reno and is considering international expansion to service C7’s worldwide client base. IntegraTechs will be run as a division of C7, with the charter of IT Services and Cloud Management. The IntegraTechs Division will manage, build, and support C7’s FuseApp Cloud products and services.

C7 Data Centers CEO Wes Swenson stated, “We felt this was a critical and strategic acquisition to rapidly expand our sales and support of our cloud efforts in the FuseApp product line, as well as to expand resources to our current and prospective client base. IntegraTechs has a tremendous client base, as well as a 24/7 support center. Generally it takes some time for a services provider to reach this scale and we feel IntegraTechs adds a critical support function and real asset to our company and to our clients.”

“Demand from small, medium and large enterprises for cloud expertise and managed services is growing rapidly, and we needed to meet this demand with a quality operation. IntegraTechs has a dedicated base of employees which numbers around 60 people, and we have plans to hire and expand this operation to over 100 personnel in the next twelve months. We will be enlarging the security practice, virtual desktops support, and, of course, cloud migration, support, and design,” said Swenson.
