The seals attach to the racks with a flexible magnetic side trim. Installation is simple and fast. Squeeze the two magnet edges together and slide into the gap. The magnets seal to the sides of the racks, completing the installation. Trim the seal to fit the rack height with a knife or scissors.
FGS are available in two proprietary materials: black PolySim polyurethane and black FlexSim PVC. Both materials are Class 1 fire-rated and meet NFPA 701 and NFPA 76 standards for data center applications. PolySim is also a non-outgassing material and has permanent static dissipative properties.
The FGS-784 seals gaps from a half-inch to three inches. The model FGS-1084 fills gaps from a 1/2 in. to 6 in. Both models come in standard heights of 84 in. Seals in custom heights are also available.
