Colo Atl  has joined Allied Fiber’s Dark Fiber Community (DFC). With over 130 members, the Dark Fiber Community serves as a portal for access to the entire industry. The Dark Fiber Community provides information and contact details for industry-leading vendors, such as Colo Atl; and the opportunity to plan one-on-one meetings with these suppliers anywhere in the world.

The Colo Atl facility located on the 5^th and 8^th floors of 55 Marietta Street in downtown Atlanta is home to the Georgia Technology Center (GTC), a test bed and live production facility for network communications equipment located in the heart of network interconnections; and the Southeast Network Access Point (SNAP). SNAP provides next-generation Internet Exchange (IX) solutions, including SDN peering, testing, and implementation.

Established in November 2001, the fully built out infrastructure of the Colo Atl colocation and Meet Me Room (MMR) facility provides a dedicated working environment to its 70-plus tenants and carriers and was built on a “customer first” philosophy.
