PeakColo has announced the addition of Sharon Kincl as vice president of finance and administration. Kincl will oversee all aspects of PeakColo's financial management, and she will also participate in investor relations and strategic financial planning alongside CEO and founder Luke Norris.

Prior to joining PeakColo, Kincl was the vice president of finance and treasurer at Vico Software, Inc., a global software and consulting firm leading the 5D virtual construction building information management industry. Vico Software was recently acquired by Trimble Navigation Systems.  Prior to that, Kincl was the chief financial officer of Fetter Logic, Inc., a premier provider of ASP technology and consulting services solutions to the financial and investment industries. Additionally, she held the role of chief financial officer at Persona, Inc. and chief financial officer at Intelliquest Information Group, Inc.  Ms. Kincl earned a B.S. in accounting from Southwestern University in Georgetown, TX.

PeakColo recently raised $7.5 million in growth equity capital from Meritage Funds and Sweetwater Capital.  This investment will fund growth to meet customer demand in the Company's current markets and expansion into two additional markets over the next twelve months.
