Mr. Decillis will be leading our efforts to attract even more top-tier companies, and major tri-state area employers, to our growing portfolio of Class-A office buildings in the Hudson County waterfront region of New Jersey,” said Marylou Berk, head of commercial real estate at the LeFrak Organization. “His experience is invaluable to our company, and he will help usher Newport into a new era of growth, especially as we launch future initiatives, like Pier Six, a build-to-suit, state-of-the-art office property, complete with high-tech infrastructure, that can be developed up to 1.25 million square feet.”
Reporting into Berk, Decillis’ immediate focus will be leasing and marketing several office, data center, and co-location spaces at 111 Town Square Place in Newport. The spaces range in size from 1,000 rentable square feet to 40,000 rentable square feet. 111 Town Square Place is a 15-story, 500,000-square-foot Class A building, supporting both office space and mission-critical IT infrastructure for top tier financial institutions, high-tech companies, and professional service firms.
