RagingWire Data Centers selected IntelliBatt to provide its monitoring system solution for RagingWire's new Virginia data center campus. The Ashburn, VA, facility is engineered with the most technologically advanced electrical and mechanical infrastructure and is operated using RagingWire's time-tested best-practices operations.  The result is RagingWire offers an industry-unique 100 percent uptime service level agreement (SLA) covering 7/24 operations including maintenance windows.

IntelliBatt's Monitoring System monitors the performance of each individual battery, including voltage, temperature, and impedance, plus UPS AC Ripple, among other key metrics, several times a day. All of this data is continuously monitored and analyzed by a team of experts in the IntelliBatt Network Operations Center (NOC). By predicting and preempting failure, IntelliBatt monitored sites have a perfect 20-yr track record of 100 percent battery uptime. RagingWire's critical facilities technicians also have 7/24 access to the battery and UPS state-of-health through a secure web portal—on a computer, smartphone, or tablet—as well as via phone or email support.
