Bill Jennings has purchased the assets of Stone Mountain, Ltd. (SML), a manufacturer of speaker microphones and audio accessory products for public safety and land mobile radio markets, after having sold the company in 2006. Jennings acquired substantially all of the assets of SML in late 2011.
