The Open Data Center Alliance’s Forecast 2012: Shaping the Future of Cloud Computing, a one-day event collocated with the 10th International Cloud Expo, will be held at the Javits Center in New York City on Tuesday, June 12, 2012. Curt Aubley, vice president and chief technology officer, Cyber & NexGen Innovation at Lockheed Martin Information Systems and Global Solutions (LM IS&GS) will give the keynote speech.

Forecast 2012 will include presentations by top cloud visionaries and Alliance technical leaders, Q&A panels with industry leaders and influencers, as well as time for networking and informal discussions. The event will feature multiple tracks including security in the cloud, simplified cloud management and the latest best practices from leading providers and implementers of cloud solutions. Forecast 2012 will also provide a unique opportunity for Alliance solutions provider members to showcase products that have been developed within the guidelines of Alliance usage models.

Aubley is the vice president and chief technology officer of Cyber Security and NexGen Innovations for LM IS&GS which employs more than 46,000 professionals, and delivers solutions and services in more than 1,000 locations around the world. He is responsible for leading the creation of next generation cyber security, cloud computing, mission focused IT Innovations, service management, mobile, and integrated solutions across LM IS&GS lines of business for worldwide government customers.
