The Kansas City Star is reporting that legislators in the state of Missouri have been working on a package of tax breaks and incentives in order to lure server farms to the state. Scott Canon, reporter for the paper, writes that although the server farms themselves do not hire a lot of people, their mere presence would attract other high-tech firms.
