Located in Englewood, CO on a 6.5-acre campus, Latisys’ second Denver-area data center (DEN2) will have an initial 14 Megawatts of power and will add another 10 Megawatts in the next phase of development. DEN2 features access to a wide variety of existing redundant fiber networks, as well as multi-route, redundant fiber connectivity back to Latisys’ existing 76,000 square foot Denver-area data center (DEN1) – located just minutes away. In addition to colocation, the company’s end-to-end suite of security, network, hosting and cloud services will be deployed at DEN2 in early third quarter, 2012.
“We are expanding our Denver presence to build on our organization, know-how and momentum in the market,” said Pete Stevenson, Latisys CEO. “We continue to execute on our plan to deliver the infrastructure-based IT Outsourcing solutions that mid-size and enterprise customers require—for the challenges of today, and for tomorrow.”
